Today i am going to start a project that is going to take me a few days. Well, I am going to try to start it. One of our sister units flew in from Afganistan last night around 0230 and we had to go and bring them back from the airport. So I am pretty tired today and I have chirch tonight so we shall see how today pans out.
I will post pictures as I go but I will be using a canvas... or two, torn paper, doodads, paint, gel meduim and whatever else strikes my fancy at the time of creation. I have already made two of these collages under the guidance of my mother and now I am going to try them on my own.

Way to go at keeping it going. I try to collage every once in a while. I don't think I'm very good at it so maybe you will pass along a few helpful hints as you work on your project.
ReplyDeleteI just finished my 4"x4"s for the swap, the ones where I featured GLEE in celebration of National Television Month, or whatever the official holiday is this month. I stopped at the bead shop in Village of Oak Creek on my drive today. Very small, but very cool! I hope you had a little time to be creative today.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see your collage! Collage is something I'm really not good at. Today I worked on a bracelet project but I really don't like how it's coming out. Oh well, I'm keeping my commitment to create every day.
